I'm seriously amazed at the amount of women who get so pissed at their SO's for not buying the exact gift they wanted.

Whether it's not expensive enough,
wrong size, not unique enough,
whatever.

Is one holiday really a deal breaker? Or even enough to cause a fight?

I honestly can't fathom that.

My husband is out on a date with an ex and I'm not leaving him. Said ex was meant to be going to a concert with their spouse but said spouse had to work so my hubby took the extra ticket. It's some electronic music thing so I told him to go have fun, I'd rather stay home and do my ironing while watching TV than listen to that stuff.

I told DH no big deal. I made him his favorite dinner, bought him chocolates and a sweet card and he got me flowers and a card. Later we're going to fix the toilet together because it's leaking. And I am very happy today :)
