"Black women have it the worst...we have to fight for love after we give it all to our kids...don't mistake the neglect for bitterness....we are just trying to be reconized for our beauty.."
This was a status on a friend's FB yesterday.
To me it's ignorant because I feel that as a WOMAN (no matter race/color), you shouldn't have to fight for love regardless.
I give all my love to my kids and still have plenty of love left over for my DF. What are your thoughts?
yuppers!
Quoting klespeedy0205:Profound...and dumb imo.
That's what I was thinking. But what do I know.... I'm just a white woman! lol
Quoting JustCJ:Ugh. Why do some women segregate themselves? Seriously, by stating "black women" she is segregating her own damn self. She is not the only woman I have seen do this, set herself apart by her race.
from what I see it either means thanks for sharing or that fuckin sucks.
Quoting Luv.My.Kidz:huh?
Quoting Jordan234:
tfs
I think that's the dumbest thing I have ever heard.
