MY TRUCK STINKS!!! HELP!

2 days ago I had a coffee urn dump over on the floor of my backseat. Luckily, it was only water, not coffee, but still...aggravating! It was 40 cups worth!!

Anyhow, I dried it out as much as possible at the time and I've been driving with the windows open a lot to air it out. I've tried spraying febreeze on the carpet a few times, all to no avail. My truck stinks like soggy old socks every time I get in it!

Advice???

you're going to have to steam clean that carpet and let it dry completely..which is going to be hard if you live in cold weather climate.

pile a bunch of baking soda on it.  Like a thick layer and let it sit for at least a day like that.  Then vacuum it out.

I had a whole gallon of milk burst in my back floor.  We got a really hot day about 2 days after I cleaned it good and my car stunk like spoiled milk.  I mixed baking soda and water and left it soak overnight.  Then took it to the car wash and used the vacuum to get all the water out.  It worked.

Well, I live in Florida, so its hot and humid, which makes the funk hang around longer I think!
