I can't believe I'm asking this.

What is something I can go get to have a BM. Not laxatives they kill my stomach with the cramping. It literally takes me 2 weeks to have 1 BM. I feel super sluggish. Yes I've asked my doc about this and he said it was ok to take that long but dang I hate this feeling. I've taken all caffeine out, I chug water. Any advice. TIA

Believe it or not coffee works.  If you drink a cup a day it should help you.  Also if you take a mulit vitamin quit taking it, the iron in it can stop you up.

Milk of magnesia. Or magnesium citrate. It will work like a charm.

Coffee is a natural laxative, try acidophilus pills, boost your fiber

Coffee works for me. Even if you have just one cup a day that should help you.

Yep. In fact I use the equate walmart brand. It really works well and you will not have cramps like with a laxative.

What is your diet like?  If you eat a lot of heavy carbs and no fiber that would explain a lot....

Exercise is also really good for keeping more regular.
