So I was watching ameirca now and they were talking about this. I've heard of it before but never gave it much thought. This lady on the show cooks it and puts it in capsules for the mother to consume. She says it helps with postpartum depression, energy and nutrients that you lose giving birth. What is your opinion on this? Would you do it? Why or why not?

I'm not sure if I could lol. I know I couldn't eat it BC the thought really grosses me out. But as far as the capsules, I'm not too sure about that

Its actually pretty common now, and I've heard of great results. If I'm right, I think its usually like 150capsules. I don't know if I could do it though

I might. I think it's weird to me because it's not a common practice (where I am at least) but weird isn't bad. I'd probably do some research and decide. I'd have to pay someone to do it though, I couldn't stomach cooking it. There was a woman on here who posted how she did it step by step. It was a cool process but I'd rather pay someone to do it.

That's what I think when I hear it lol. But if it were in a capsule and you knew that it would keep you from having severe postpartum(like wanting to kill your child) and you knew this would help that, would you try it?

Really? Like how expensive? They didn't mention the price but they did say it took her long hrs to do it.
