27 weeks pregnant and throwing up blood...update update 2 FINAL UPDATE!

I threw up blood again this morning. What has to be wrong with me, to cause this?
Found a sitter, sitting in labor and delivery now, will update when I know more.
Just talked to my doctor, he is going to run some labs, and call another doctor and get their opinion, so still know nothing, but that's what's going on now.
FINAL UPDATE-the blood is either caused by rapid throat damage or I need a endoscopy, my doctor won't do a scope since I'm pregnant, so if it happens again I will be hospitalized.

I'm not taking all 3 with me, that just seems like a bigger pain in the ass than it has to be
