I am not a perfect parent, I try the hardest to love my child the best way i know how, but is not only about Love, cases like this is what gives young mothers a bad name and pot smokers as well, i know plenty of young mothers who do not do this, and I know plenty of pot smokers who don't have maggot infected babies.

Wow. I am not saying it's okay to have maggots in a diaper, but she the maggots were found by a nurse- so the baby was at the hospital or the pediatrician. You don't even think to change the diaper when you're going to see the doctor?
It's one thing to smoke once in a while, but to be so damn blazed all the time that you can't take care of your child is something else...
seriously, they don't say how the baby got maggots in the diapers, but seriously, i am guessing it has to do with either the baby has a really bad case of bacteria infection or the diaper has not been changed... in a while...
