So I may have found a part time job. One that I can take the kids with me for a while before my mom can come pick them up. It pays alright especially since I won't have to do daycare. I would be home at night with my husband instead of at work.
Cons are I would be working with my crazy aunt who has her good days and bad days, and a lot of drama along with the package.
My husband's check covers ALL bills including food and gas, and we would have about 200 left over for an entire month. So not much really to put to the side unless we sit at home and stare at the wall every single night and day. The money I would be making would go to savings and just extras. We could survive without it, but it would still be nice to have it.
So I am telling my husband about this, and all of the sudden he goes "well I don't think you s hould take it. I need you here, I love knowing I have NOTHING to worry about at home every day. It's a huge weight off of me."
Really? Really? He has said for YEARS I should get a job, we said I was going to get a job when he got out of the military, So I found one. And now he doesn't want me to take it? He said "Well I thought it was just talk, I didn't think you would go out and find one. I know you love being at home with the kids"
*head desk* So what would you do? Would you stay home like he wanted and get by one what he makes? Or would you go with the original plan and take the job?
I would take the job but I've never been one to depend on a man for anything. Just who I am.... Only you and your husband can make that decision. Good luck!!

Well I have "depended" on him since we were married almost 6 yrs ago. So this is new for both of us.

Crazy aunt, you don't really need the money and your husband appreciates you at home...I think I'd find something from home.
