if you have trouble staying asleep piog

 is there any tricks to make you sleep all night? this would be for a 3 yr old. he goes to sleep fine but won't stay asleep. he has been this way since I was pregnant with him. any ideas?

My 3 yr old doesn't sleep worth a hoot and that means between him and the 1 yr neither do I!

Hmm, have u tried warm milk before bed? Maybe check with your pedi and see if chammomile tea or low dose Melatonin may be appropriate.

 I give him chamomile to get him to sleep and it works he just won't stay asleep.  if I give him a bath which he hates with a passion he fights me enough to go to sleep. but he won't stay asleep.
