Background: I sell Adult Toys. This hostess of mine kept avoiding my phone calls, FB messages, and emails. I called her several times and told her that her credit card declined and I talked to our home office about it and it was because something wasn't matching up with her address and the credit card billing address (simple fix). She turned it around on me saying that I tried charging her 8-10 times instead of just once and that's why her bank declined it when she finally called me back (2 weeks later). I told her while I was on the phone with her that we can call my home office together so they can explain it to her and she said "I can't, don't have time for this bullshit, cancel all the orders! You're extremely unprofessional and my friends and I will be taking our business elsewhere. I can't believe you think you'll make money doing this to people! You're a rip-off!"
I've honestly been crying for the past hour in bed trying to sleep because of what she said. This is not my fault. I was trying to get to the bottom of it for her and she REFUSED to call me after several attempts. I know I shouldn't be letting this bother me but damn, really?
Oh, and if you want to bash, go right ahead. You can't say much more to me that would hurt my feelings.
I know that there are going to be people out there that are hustlers but really? She put her friends money in HER account to pay by credit card and I'm the rip off?

It's the same card she used for a previous order. But she moved since the last order, so I'm thinking that the card just hasn't been updated with the new address. I don't know it pisses me off regardless.
