What did you use for pain relief?
I did with both of my children, I'm pregnant and due in May with my third and I am expecting to have back labor again with this one. For pain relief I walked, got in the whirlpool, got back massages, and sat on the yoga ball. I am against medication during labor and delivery and some of those options didn't work too well, so for those of you who had back labor...what worked?
I will pack one then lol.
My longest was 17 hours and I thought that was bad....56? Holy hell woman.

Honestly... A rock!! That was the only thing my mom could rub my back with. I couldn't feel anything else!! 56 hours of intense back labor!!
Well I did pass out from the pain with my second baby. After I did sleep for a little while when things eased up a bit and it did help a lot.

I know, when it came time to push I was so relieved! Pushing was a breeze compared to the contractions.

With my second. The best relief I found was knowing it would eventually stop. That was the only thing that got ne through it. It was so much worse than my first where I had all belly labor, but I was 2 months farther along too.
