How do you deal with them? Do you think they are cool if they have sass?

I just ignore them, or sass them back, depending on who they are, how bad their attitude is, and what my mood is that day. ;)

lol my one year old daughter has wayyyy more attitude at one than my son has at three... I want to try to harness her attitude without crushing her spirit... not to mention that we (DH and I) live in a slightly more "old-fashioned" society where some people have rather backward views of a woman's "place"... so to be honest I'm rather happy that she's the type that doesn't necessarily do what she's told simply "because", if you know what I mean lol.
