So i have some chicken left over from last.night. Im trying to figure out what to make with it besides soup or dumplings. so what do you make with your left over chicken? any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

Bake the chicken with cream of chicken and make some rice and melt cheese.

Shred it, mix with rotel and queso cheese and serve over tortilla chipa.
