UPDATE it was..... AWESOME!!! OMG I MADE an infused garlic butter with sea salt and pepper added just a lil milk and sour cream and i used 3oz roughly of fresh grated cheese. just enough. omg nummmerz

not too much though. If i remember right Gruyere is a very strong cheese so it could overtake the whole meal.
