I always hang my clothes up .  I thought that the dog was inside but I guess I was wrong.. Anyhow so half of the cotten has come out of the blanket.  Its a huge thick blanket.  I tried to get a pair of scissors to clean up around where he ripped it up.  But i would cutting huge parts of the blanket out.  I Dont have alot of extra blankets so i want to fix this one.  Can I wash a the blanket in the future if has a hole in it  and cotten area open. If that makes sense .   Should I cut open the blanket and just use whats left? ADVICE?

thankyou

I'd sew it up the best I could nice n tight mama the cotton could come out if you leave it open and wash it like that or it'll go flat

You're welcome :) my grandpa always fixes stuff for me even if it needs to be patched or sewn Haha. So I get my ideas from what he's done. If its the kind of blanket I'm thinking of I wouldn't suggest washing it with the holes open, depending on how big they are of course. I did it with my moms once and we had the cotton stuff coming out every where 0.o
