I got into a discussion the other day with a WW2 vet (old man w/demendia i take care of) and he commented how black men were hung like horses compared to white men....he said he knew cuz they used to all hafta shower together in the barracks, and how some of the black men with big dongs embarrassed the white men cuz they were puny.  i have no idea if men of color are bigger or not....

over all no - there is no significant difference in white and black penis.

However I have noticed black men to be more showers than growers.
