I feel the need to clarify a few things....*IDGAF if you want to bash*
About my religious beliefs.
I've had several people since I've been a member ask me about my own beliefs whenever I would comment in a religious post. It seems like there is still some confusion about what I believe.
I do believe in a supreme being and the power of faith. Not just faith in aforementioned supreme being, but in family, friends, mentors, that miracles do happen, and that everything will be ok in the end. If it's not ok, it's not the end yet. I am not a religious person, but I am very spiritual.
There's an old Cherokee saying that I take to heart and truly believe.
"Religion is for those who fear hell. Spirituality is for those who know they have already been there."
My beliefs are very, very similar to yours. It's sometimes hard to answer when someone asks, "what religion are you?", lol.
Why would you get bashed? You are entitled to believe what ever you want.
Rescheduled for surgery tomorrow. Let's hope they don't have to cancel again.
