It is nice to be actually appreciated...

I take in food every weekend to work, when I am there. It is nothing much, usually a tray of cookies, brownies, some frozen pizzas (and I take my pizzazz to cook them), chips, etc. I am the only nurse on the floor, and realize that the aids dont make as much as they should so I like to show them how much I appreciate their help and realize I couldnt do my job without them. Well today my boss showed me a ton of peer evaluations on them. Everyone of them said how fun of a work enviornment I make work, and many of them mentioned how much they look forward to my weekly snacks. This made me feel really good. I just thought I would share.

Thanks! Now my problem is I have been thinking about applying to this new place that opens in May and will be MUCH closer to home but I love my team so much IDK if I can do it.
