Straining and Got Nothing

My baby girl is about to be 6 months old next week, she is breastfed and we started to introduce solids very slowly. Its been now over 5 days and no poop. She would strain a lot and try to push then scream/cry. Ive tried gas drops, gripe water, and apple juice and nothing is working. Any moms have any other ideas?

RECTAL STIMULATION: Put a glob of lubricant on a rectal thermometer or Q-Tip. Insert the tip a quarter to half inch into the rectum, give a little twist, and pull back out. Often, this will stimulate a bowel movement within a minute or two.

My son had this problem. We were instruced to do a glycerin suppository after 5 days without poop. Wow did that work

Her normal was once a day, yellowish in color and a little loose and smelt like butter popcorn. She was exclusive breast until we started giving her solids for one meal.

Oops I forgot to add in what solids. She had sweet potatoes ,avocados (both were fresh and pureed at home), pears (jar), and for the last 2 nights we gave her turkey and rice (jar).

Fleet liquid glycerin suppositories. They work fast.
