make your own pizza using whole wheat English muffins, diced tomatoes, low fat mozzarella and just a few slices of pepperoni. You can control your portion that way and the calories.
I am on my 3rd as well but no real cravings yet although I have allowed my diet to slack off a bit because I had been following a low carb diet.
Just try and make healthy alternatives such as sweet potato fries instead of regular, choosing whole wheat bread, frozen yogurt instead of icecream, whole wheat pasta, etc.
feel free to pm me, so we can keep each other in check with diet and exercise. I work out during my lunch break with 15 minutes of standing abs and 15 minutes of free weights or lower body exercises. I also do some about 5.5 hours of low impact exercise called NEAT about 5 days a week and walk with my kids when I can. I look forward to swimming when the pool FINALLY warms back up!
I agree with the others. Substitute the "bad" foods with healthier options so that cravings can be met but you dont exceed calories for the day. I do not know what the amount of calories is for a pregnant woman so that she does not gain excessive weight while helping the baby grow. If you can, start walking and exercising again as well.
