A Very Odd Post im sure

Yes this is my face no make up. I know we all will see pics and might think she should do this or that to look better present herself better ect. Well I've been considering plastic surgery to fix a few things. To be honest the whole point of the post is to ask if u had endless supply of money and could do anything to this face what would it be? If u could do anything to your face what would it be? This isn't bashing in my opinion since I'm asking for opinions if some nasty so be it if some constructive so be it.
