So i went to my doctor finally and got some pain meds and im laying on my couch waiting for them to kick in. I have another appt in a week to decide if i need an xray and physical therapy.

Anyone have it? What did you do about it? Do you take anything for it? What did it end up being the cause? I've has it for a couple years and I'm up to 4 Motrin and 2 Tylenol twice a day and occasionally a half Percocet from my mom.

calcium to strengthen my bones.  I also do abdominal exercises and back exercises to strengthen those muscles to provide more support to my spine and organs. I have scoliosis.

I blew out my right knee in 08 and then got tendinitis in my left knee. Now my back is all jacked up and I don't know what to do. Stbdh said I need to see a chiropractor but I have enough med bills from ds.

I've recently developed a weird pain from my butt down the back of my thigh. Is that my sciatic nerve?

Mine is due to the Essure permanent BC procedure. I take Vicodin, Bexil, and Flexeril. I'm having surgery in May.

Try an inversion table, that's the only thing that helped me. Try & stay away from narcotics, too many dr's prescribe them. Pills don't fix the problem.

I mean i am not a doctor, but generally if you have pain that shoots down from your lower back down your legs (usually one leg more than the other) it is a siatic nerve pinch. It hurts in different ways, when i lean forward, sometimes i cant stand back up, when i vaccume, my but burns lol... its bad though, cant pick up my dd the past few days without pain, and getting up from sitting or laying down sucks.
