I've been considering trying it to add to my WW to see if it will speed things up.
So, has anyone tried it? Did it work? Any side effects?

not really healthy not really unhealthy just normal food for me...I eat a variety of things fruits veggies and depending how broke we are crappy food. They have 2 different ones that you get..one for desserts and one for regular food the dessert one is kind of sweet and the other one is kind of salty but not really...hard to explain. Supposedly you don't have to eat any special kind of diet with it. Its supposed to suppress your appetite. Not the case for me.
