I lost 20 lbs over the summer and then fell off the wagon. I can't remember the last time I went to the gym :(
But today is a new day. I have 6 months until my 30th birthday and I want to be SECKSAY on that day. LOL
Who else is working on losing weight? How much do you have to lose? Who wants to be my work out/weight loss buddy?
*P.S. I have about 20ish pounds to lose.
I'm not trying to lose any lbs but maybe another inch/size. I workout daily lifting weights. I'd be happy to be your cheering section!!! You can do this! Go alwaysskk go!
