Another tax return post! Sorry in advance.

I efiled my return on Feb 4th and I got an email that day that it was accepted.  I still haven't received my refund even though the IRS site says I should have had it the 15th.  When I check "Where's my refund" it says it can't tell me anything at this time.  Is anyone else experiencing this?  It seems like the IRS set up all these things that in theory were going to be great but in reality are useless.

It takes awhile to show up in their system. Be patient it will come.

Give it a day or two at the most then call and deal with being on hold till you speak to someone cause there may be a glitch with something and you don't want to wait to long to deal with it.

You could try googling the irs phone number and call them directly.

We do our on the 27th..... we did make more money this year than we have in the past so kinda worried about the numbers.... I pray we don't end up paying thru the nose!!!!

I filed on Feb 2nd and was given the date of the 21st I would recieve my refund then it changed to the 14th and I havent recieved anything as of yet so I am hoping it is there on the 21st.

I was supposed to get mine the 15th but she told me that it may be the 22nd bc they are behind. my friend got a letter saying it could be 3 weeks

Ok, thank you.  I'm just nervous because we're moving march 1st and I'd like my cushion to be in place and not worry about being strapped for cash and moving.

My mom filed a week and a half ago and H&R block told her that the IRS is backed up and they have no idea when they will get theirs.  :l  Glad I got mines before it got backed up.. lol

Thanks everyone.  I'm trying to sit tight but I'm always worried that somethings going to go wrong lol.  I'll wait until wednesday and then if I don't have it by then I'll call.  I'm just worried because we're moving march 1st if all goes well and I'd like to have that cushion for piece of mind.

Df efiled on the 3rd, had his accepted and has never been able to check it on "Where's my refund?". The chart says he should get the check today in the mail but I'm not holding my breath. I efiled a couple weeks before that, was able to track it and got it on time. It's weird how it's working for some but not others
