Idk if anyone has heard about the teacher and all the disgusting things he done to his students for years. But I am So disgusted. I feel like I could cry. How do we protect our kids if they feel like they can't come tell us these things. I just cannot get over it. And the thought that it's possible these things could be going on at any school with any teacher. I'm scared for my daughter. I hope and pray no other child ever has to go through this. It's So disturbing.

1 mom liked this
All you can do is teach your kid what is not ok. I make sure to remind my son often. No one touches him inappropriately. No one should ask him to do anything to himself or anyone else. No one should say things to him either. When I was in kinder a girl was touching another little boy in the line. I remember that and it was very disturbing. I know anything can happen. It's sad..

I'm a kind of happy I missed that episode :( poor kids!

A boy used to touch me in kindergarten, but I was never given any "talks". I knew it was wrong, but my mom was always the "sweep it under the rug" type of person, so I was too ashamed to tell.

I am very open with my kids. I just have to be. My 6 yo DS told me a boy tickled his private in lunch one day. He fussed at the boy and told him to never do it again. I was proud of him.

Open communication... We grew up with the secrets are fin things not scary things or things that bad us feel uncomfy... Also. Mom and dad will never be mad or upset if a surprise gets told so if you aren't sure ask mom and dad and if it should be a secret they'll let you know.
