My 2 Year Old Is Drooling A Lot?

It seems my 2 year old has been drooling a lot. His chin seems to be wet all the time. Not to the point where it's getting chafed but I have to wipe it off all the time.

He has all his teeth so any idea what is causing this? He will be 3 in April.

Nope, not that I can see.

When I was playing with him a little bit ago it just seemed to come out on it's own.

My son drooled until he was 5 so I would guess back teeth are still coming in.

take the kid to see an e.n.t excessive saliva could be an inability to swallow ...could be teething or heartburn...get it checked out...good luck

He is actually going to an ENT here in a couple weeks for a different issue.

I do have to take him to the dentist soon as well. He has to see one before he starts preschool in the spring.
