I worked in an office when I was pregnant with my son and sometimes I wore heels...they were low heeled mules so I could slip them off under my desk...when I got pretty far along I had to quit wearing them because my feet would hurt so bad - I gained a lot of weight...LOL

I worked as a Service Manager for a bank and it required me to be on my feet most of my day and I tried ti wear flats and they hurt my bottom of my feet so I wore heels until the I was 8months pregnant.. I just used the thick heel... it all depends on you and how you feel w flats.. i cant stand flats even now..

I wore heels to work everyday up until the day I delivered. I was on my feet probably 5-6hrs. It really didn't bother me at all. I hate flats. I just now started wearing them due to a hip injury.

I worked until the day my son was born, took it more easy with my daughter, but wore heels the whole time, they may have started out 2" and ended with 1".  Since I was on my feet for half the day, it worked out okay wth all the other aches and pains, otherwise I might have changed my mind and went with slippers.

no I am super clumsy and can't wear heels as it is with out fallingif I was pregnant and 1 of them I would honestly die
