dollhouses!

Does anyone else love dollhouses, collect or make miniatures or stuff like that? 

I'm making a 1:12 scale three-story house for my sister out of an old wooden bookshelf. It's gonna take a long time, but it's really fun!

 I Love dollhouses but lost mine from when I was a little girl. I cant wait for DD to get a little older so I can make her one. I have it all picked out and everything!

I LOVE dollhouses. I found some pictures online once of one this guy made for his daughter that had actual lights and everything. He took tiny little LED bulbs to make porch lights and a chandelier and it was the most awesome thing I have ever seen, lol.

Queen Mary's dollhouse is ridiculously awesome. The bottles of wine in the wine cellar have REAL WINE IN THEM!

that is awesome! i have a boy, so i don't know if he'll want a dollhouse lol but when he's older I'm gonna get him a train set and scenery stuff like trees, farm animals, all that.

i am used to 1:12 scale miniatures and the trains are a whole different world of measurements, so it'll be something totally new!

I had this dollhouse that my mom,steped and I all worked on when I was little. Loved it. Then I gave it to a family friends dd and she compleyly ruined it. Now 30 yrs later my stepdaf is making one for my dd. And from my understanding its going to syand 4ft high and rooms r huge n hes looking into making a functioning bathroo,kitchen and doorbell. If he dors thay it will b awesome! If not it will syill b a awesome gift for dd. But shes getting impatiet with grandpa hes been working on this for 3 yrs now lol. We r all hoping shell get it by her bday in june.

HOLY CRAP. I've never heard of it so I looked it up and I'M IN LOVE. Whoever made that deserves a fuggin' medal. Or a Grammy. Or a Purple Heart or something.
