...your child's teacher consistently misspelled and/or mispronounced their name?

 Yes. Unless it was a VERY difficult name to pronounce or the teacher had an accent.

mine is always mispelled. And was always mispronounced. Its spelled angelia. But the i is silent.

I wouldn't give my child a name that was difficult to spell or pronounce. Bur if the teacher repeatedly misprounced it after both my child and myself corrected her, yeah, I would be offended.

After the first month or so of school, I would be irritated, but not offended. I mean, if it's a unique name you have to give them some time to learn it, but if it's still going on more than halfway through the school year, that'd be ridiculous.

Um, not offended but it would annoy me.

I have a different last name then my son and his teacher is constantly calling/writing me notes saying Ms.(and my ex's last name) I understand her confusion but I correct her every time lol it's one of those oh no she didn't kinda things lol

Yes, I teach pre k, my job is to teach them to spell and write their name. It would be ridiculous to not know how to pronounce it.

At this point in the school year, yes.

But I'd also think about how teachers have new students every year and that is a shit load of names.
