Freshmen Initiation...

Were you initiated as a Freshmen? Most people have SOMETHING... even if it's a practical joke... in the town I lived in growing up. It's a small(ish) town. It wasn't like people were getting beat up horribly... at least to my knowledge... where I went to school it was mostly in fun. 

I was never initiated... because I was "kind of" dating a senior, he was the captain of the basketball team. One of my bestfriends and neighbor was also a senior my freshmen year and neither let anyone bother me.

I realize the initiation where I grew up is not the "norm"... but it made me wonder... were you initiated?

No. We had some fun "welcome to the prison" activities for new officers though....Lol.

Nope never was.  I dont think any of us freshman were to my knowledge UNLESS you were on a sports team, then you got the full treament from what i hear.

Yep, I was. They picked us up in town and blindfolded us and took us out in the country. They led us to the top of the hill and made us roll down the hill while they threw eggs and water balloons at us. After they took us to the 5 mile corner where they left us to walk back to town 5 miles. It was a blast :)

we did stickering. They would stick stickers on you with mean things writen on em. all in good fun. the more stickers you got the more seniors actualy liked you

Nope! That was considered hazing and bullying in my school and was not tolerated.

We were the bad kids the smokers the goths and the misfits, we hung out at "the ditch" behind our highschool, and in order to hang out at the ditch an uper classman would have to invite you, and you were their freshman for the rest of the year, and when it was the time of year that the ditch had water your upper classman would throw you in. It was all fun and games until this kid threw himself in on the wrong side because he was impatient and a piece of rebar went threw his leg, =/
