Just a regular pain pill, like ibprofen. tylenol sucks imo, never did anything for me. Then i found midol and was in heaven, lol, but since you cant take that, just a regular pain pill should work :)

Heating pad ? Can you take NSAID's? ( Advil or Aleve) I take Aleve when I have the worst cramps, hot bath, sex ?

I once had a Dr. suggest I try taking ibeuprofin for a few days before my period came. I never remembered to try it, and my cramps went away after I had my first, but it's worth a shot.

Also, Alieve or Extra Strength Motrin usually helped me more than Excedrin or Midol.

Heat pad. I used Excedrin extra strength with aspirin in it. Works better than anything else I've ever taken.

Take an Aleve, and while you're waiting for it to kick in put a heating pad on your tummy. Do something to take your mind off it. My used to get so bad I couldn't do anything but lay in the fetile position, but if I did this and watched one of my favorite tv shows it helped. Sometimes something hot to drink helps me.

Whiskey's another great choice :)

I never had cramps until now. What about Panadol (Tylenol?) or lemon honey tea.
