Frozen breakfasts?

My family is trying to cut fast food out of our diets, both for health and financial reasons. It is particularly difficult at breakfast, because we eat on the run 3 days a week. (We only have one car and if I have to take the kids to anything, or have an activity, I have to drop off DH at work first). We do like cereal and oatmeal, but sometimes it's hard to even take time to eat that at home. So I was thinking about freezing some food ahead of time, then popping it in the microwave on the way out the door. My ideas were pancakes or crepes, muffins, or waffles. I also thought about bagging up cereal or fruit to bring with us. I have been cooking most of the food at home, so the pancakes, waffles, muffins, etc would be homemade and healthy. Any ideas to add?

My daughters favourite quick breakfast is a peanut butter, honey, and banana sandwich on whole wheat bread. It takes 2 minutes to put together and she eats it on the way to school. They're so yummy. We all love them.

My family loves Copycat McGriddles... or a breakfast sandwich on english muffins of bagles or biscuits

Steel Cut Oats can go in the slow cooker overnight and are ready to scoop and eat in the am

My kids are nuts for apple carrot waffles.

You can freeze them then pop them in the toaster just like eggos.
