My info was processed and the forms say my EFC is 00000.

What is an EFC and what does this number mean?

You can go to school on grants and loans with 0 out of pocket till you graduate.

Not until she graduates: it changes every year based off your taxes. If your income doesn't change, then more than likely remain the same.

Should I apply for scholarships anywhere besides fastweb or are these scholarships offered through the school I'm looking at?
