evaporated milk

What do you use it for other than sweets. Breakfast sweets I can handle but not pies/cakes.

I have a lot of it & when I DO fry meats, I let them sit in it before seasoning & flouring. But I don't fry much, only about once a month.

I use it in any cooked or baked recipe that calls for milk, things like cookies, bread, soups etc...

I use it for a lot of my potato recipes.  loaded baked potato soup, and baked potato casserole.
