If you have facebook and decide to unfriend someone do you let them know why you are doing it first or just unfriend them without explaining
I have a friend of a few decades and she is someone I held dear to my heart and was the only friend who was really, truly there during the loss of her dd. Yet she never calls and on Facebook she is all over everyone else's "wall" saying this and that, being all "outgoing and friendly" ...it really hurt's because I'm 4 hours away all alone and there she is doing her best to communicate with other mutual friends and yet she ignores me. So I unfriended her because it was better to have her not be my friend then it was to see her "activity" with everyone else. Guess it boils down to feeling alone and not wanting any more hurt...thought about even just cancelling Facebook because it causes more hurt then it's worth
You didn't have to unfriend her. You could have kept her as a friend but blocked her posting to other's wall feed.
