I called children services and the non emergency number and reported the videos on youtube. I have been asked by a few cafemom members to keep them updated, so I am just going to keep all the info in this post, so it will be easier to keep track of.

This is the youtube channel for the male in the videos, his name is Richard Hill (gave this info to the police and childrens services, links included)

This is the phone number I called for non emergency in the county I thought they lived in, but it turns out it is Nevada County, not Placer County.

Below is the response I got from the dispatcher. I gave them all the info I had....the kids names, the mothers name, the males name that made the videos, the links to her page on facebook and his youtube video so they could view the videos. Childrens services took a very detailed report.

UPDATE: I sent the dispatcher his facebook info and asked her to let me know if she gets any more info. I am truly worried for those kids right now. It looks like he sewed his dogs eyes shut, he is a very sick man! I hope those kids get away from him and are safe VERY soon!

UPDATE: I just sent a message to www.kcra.com which is a news station in California, got the info from a mom on here (thank you!) I will let you know if they respond.

Update: I just sent an email to CNN about the videos. I saved 6 of the videos on my computer, so that sick asshole can't deny he ever posted them. I am going to do everything I can to help those little boys!

Update: Just sent the info to the local paper, lets hope they respond!

Update: I just checked my email and there was a response from the police dispatcher I spoke to last night when I reported the videos to the police in Placer County.

Hi Tania,

I spoke with the deputy from Nevada County Sheriff Department last night. They did a welfare check on the boys and found them with their mother. Their mother said that Richard Hill is an acquaintance and she hasn’t had contact with him in several months according to her he is no longer in the area and she is “trying to clean up her act.” The deputy did make a referral to CPS who will follow up on the incident. Thanks again for your concern let’s pray that CPS is able to handle this situation quickly and effectively.

The young children defecated on the floor in one and he is verbally abusing them. In other ones he is verbally abusing them, the house is less than sanitary for children... One of the videos starts with "a bullet is only 55 cents" you get the point.
