Tilapia

Anyone have any good tilapia recipes? I love fish, but all I've figured out is lemon pepper and sunflower oil. lol!

We love tilapia.
We take club crackers, and Italian seasoning, mix then together.
Then coat the tilapia, and cook it.
My kids love it!

I usually just squeeze lemon over them, slice up what's left of the lemon put it on top with a little butter and bake it.

I do a similar recipe but I use Panko breadcrumbs and dip the fish in beaten egg or milk first.

Tilapia is too lean for my tastes.  We like cod and haddock more.

We usually crush up corn flakes add salt & pepper to taste coat the tilapia & bake! Its delicious! :)
