Knowingly spread HPV is this ok?

I was just talking to my friend who is single with no children. She started seeing this guy and had unprotected sex with him. I know she found out awhile back after an abnormal pap smear that she has hpv. I asked if she told this guy and she said no that she was not ready to tell him. She acted like its no big deal. She's a nurse and she said it's not serious and that her obgyn assured her of that. I would still be mad though if I were this guy. She knew this and to me should of told him. She may not think it's serious, but to me it should be this guy's choice whether he puts himself at risk of contracting an STD from her. She said she's more worried about getting pregnant than spreading hpv to this guy. I'm floored. I would be upset if I were him or if that happened to me. I just can not believe she didn't tell this guy. I'd be upset if I were him. What do you ladies think?

How long ago did she they tell her she had it?  It normally goes away on it's own so if she had a normal pap after that one she's ok.
