I have a question about pressing charges against someone. I do know laws vary by state but I am curious

Easiest thing to get is a bench warrant. What happened?

my neighbor is a pathological liar. She says she has a brain tumor, strokes and panic disorder. Well she has been harassing my kids and family. We have gotten into some screaming matches and nasty texts. She said if I give her a panic attack or stroke she will press charges of attempted murder since I know of her so called health problems

A bench warrant is typically issued by a judge for a person's failure to appear in court demanding that the specifically named individual be arrested on the spot and brought directly before the "bench" (court).

She needs to buff up on the law and you are fully able to press harassment charges on her if she keeps it up.

Do they still have "good behavior " warrants?

her boyfriend showed up at my house yesterday and was told to go away and leave us alone. I then came home today to a letter from her on my door. I want her to leave us alone. It has become such an issue that it is not even funny.
