Ingredients

1 1/2 cups white sugar 1/2 cup butter, softened 3 bananas, mashed 2 eggs 2 cups all-purpose flour 1/2 teaspoon baking soda 1/3 cup sour milk 1/4 teaspoon salt 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Directions

1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Lightly grease an 8x4 inch loaf pan. 2. Combine sugar, butter, bananas, eggs, flour, baking soda, milk, salt and vanilla extract in a large mixing bowl; beat well. Pour batter into prepared pan. 3. Bake in a preheated oven for 60 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center of loaf until it comes out clean.
