I was listening to the radio this morning and they where talking about this issue.  That some parents are making their friends parents sign waivers to protect them from lawsuits. I think it's kinda crazy. If I had to sign a waiver so my kid can play at your house that's it's crazy.  What do you guys think ???

My kid wouldn't be playing at any house that required a waiver.  That screams crazy to me.  There are plenty of other places for them to hang out.

Idk of you font know the people well, it is probably smart. What if they have a trampoline and your kid falls off and breaks an ARM? Many people would due because of that.

No I wouldn't. That is why people have home owners insurance if something that was major where to happen. I am not talking the normal bumps and bruses. If anther child where to get hurt at my house bad I would exspect to pay.
