So I have just started my weight loss plan thing. I am on day two and so far after I eat. I am still feeling hungry . Is it just cause I am eating less. And my body will adjust after a while of eating less. Or what. Argh I hate the feeling of being hungry

Yes, this will get better each day. Soon the amount that your eating now will fill you up. Hang in there mama! You can do it! It's not easy but I know you can

If you eat small frequent meals, it will help more than just cutting down.

What kind of foods are you eating?  Complex carbs will keep the hungeries away as well a lean protein.  It may take a while for your body to adjust is there is a drastic decrease of calories.  Also when you feel hungry, try drinking water.  That can fill stomach up without adding unneeded calories that are in junk.
