Do you judge a parent on the way their kid acts?

I don't--because I never know the whole situation of what is going on--

I don't unless the child is acting out and the parent is right there watching and doing nothing, then I do.

Not just how the kid acts but how the parents react to the behavior.

Children DO have their very own personalities - It is possible to raise a child one way - and they are a totally different way.

I dont see children as property of their parents but as mini people - each with his her own tendencies and personalities seperate from how they were raised.

However if I see a kid throwing shit around the store and their parent on their cell phone just trying to drag them by the collar of their shirt away from the mess they have created.

Yea I judge.

Sometimes. If I can tell it`s shitty parenting I do. Like my friends kid who threw a handfull of dirt at the first base coach and neither parent batted an eye. I judge that. I would have went on the field and pulled my dd off, and took her home. That would have been her last game. She was 7, so she knew better.

It depends if I know the situation I will. If I don't I generally don't unless the parents are standing there doing nothing

Nope, you never know what the situation is. Never know why a kid is acting a certain way OR why a parent is acting a certain way.

Sometimes. You can generally tell when a child has a legitimate issue or if the parent is just a lazy parent. My sil is the lazy parent type. You can tell who is hands-on by the way he or she interacts with their child. This mya not always be the case, but I would say most times this is accurate.
