Abortion and permission

So should a spouse have to give permission for abortion? (Not asking if they should discuss it , I am asking if his permission should be legally required.)

That's nothing like giving a rapist rights to a child conceived through said rape. This situation concerns a husband and wife.

Again, yes. All desicions regarding our life together are mutual, although I would never get an abortion anyway.

Yes, I'm conflicted on it too. I originally said yes and changed it to no. There is a lot of gray area.
