Me and dh ate out/fast food 3 times in a week and a 1/2. Hardly any real veggies, and no fruit. So to get my body working properly I now have to eat fruits and veggies for 3/4 days to get the bloating to go away, and get things moving. This seems to happen everytime I get off my healthy eatting. I was wondering does this happen to most people? I cant eat out very much it upsets my tummy. I noticed for my body to act right, I have to eat right what ever happen to early twenties when Icould eat what I wanted???
