I personally don't see a problem with it and was wondering why others do.

I don't recall saying that I was against TV or even this show. I simply find this show inappropriate for children and young teens.

We don't watch much TV in our house for this reason.

Quoting motherslove82:

That's true about every T.V. Show. Is it t.v. In general that you are against, or just this show?

Quoting moneysaver6:

They can learn those things much better from real life.

Quoting motherslove82:

They talk about lots of things. Sometimes it's about boys/girls, but it's also about friendship, loyalty, commitment, honesty, running a web show, etc. there are many good lessons to be learned from the show.

Quoting MIA0223:

When I watched they were young teens. Even so, 16 and 17 year olds are not ok to be boy crazy, girl crazy.

Quoting motherslove82:

They are not really young teens. They are around 16-17 now.

Quoting MIA0223:

I have a 4 year old, and even when she gets to the age group that icarly is geared towards, what is shown on the show is not what I want my child to think is ok.

Young teens worried about dates and all that. Not ok.
