I have dinner guest set to arrive around 7 (in about an hour). I've made lasagna from scratch and now just need to figure out how to prepare the green beans... Suggestions?

I do mine in butter first then I fry bacon break it up an throw it in. bacon makes everything better....

I boil a pot of h2o with salt butterlittle onion and a couple piecesof bacon thriw em in for 5-7 min. Drain. :) fresh onez anyways.

Greenbeans cooked in Bacon grease
Then take the Bacon and crumble it and sautae some onions and throw it all together yum (:

Steamed, then I add some butter and McCormick's garlic pepper to taste (no salt because the butter included salt).
