No, jk, I don't really work out. Ever now and then I'll do squats, sit ups, walk or run, but not enough to make a difference. Dd keeps me in pretty good shape, though!
Elliptical and weights everyday 40 mins
I just started doing the PINK method.
ME TOO!! Its crazy, since I've turned 40 I've put on 20 pounds.
