What do you do for a workout?

I just started doing pilates again and Oh MY! I forgot how hard it is!

Im doing insanity right now. I love it, it feels amazing after I finish a workout. I have never pushed my body so far in my life but I saw results the first week and my endurance just keeps getting better and better.

12 ounce curls! 

No, jk, I don't really work out. Ever now and then I'll do squats, sit ups, walk or run, but not enough to make a difference. Dd keeps me in pretty good shape, though!

Gym- 5 days a week. 3 days I do 35 mins cardio and 45 mins of weights/abs. And the other 2 days I do classes, Zumba and RIPPED.

ME TOO!! Its crazy, since I've turned 40 I've put on 20 pounds.

I run 3 miles 3 days a week and I do yoga 2 days a week and I take my girls for walks at least 3 days a week (as long as the weather is nice)
