Social Work--right now I am Per Diem-Medical Social Worker

The employment I have had in the Social Work career-has been a  (with a Bachelors degree-required)--Children and Youth Services Intake Casworker, Supports Coordinator (aka-Case Manager) for children and adults with intellectual disabilities, (with a Masters degree-required) Behavioral Specialist and Mobile Therapist for children, youth and their families

and Currently I am a Medical Social Worker (with a Masters Degree-required)

I love what I do, not paid a lot but I have the passion for what I do and I am glad I choose this field of work

While I was attending college (prior to Bachelors)  I was a residential worker in a group home for individuals with intellectual disabilities, respite provider for a teen with physical health issues and intellectural disabilities, personal care aide for adults with behavioral and emotional health conditions, a mentor for individuals/college students with physical disabilities, and with an Associates Degree I was a supervisor/leader in childcare--one childcare--infant to 12 years and the other child care

3 yrs old to 12 yrs old

Wish you well --in what you choose

I am a pet groomer. I have been grooming for almost 20 years. I LOVE my job. Two years ago I opened my own salon. Good luck, I hope you are able to find a career you LOVE as much as I love mine.
